Illinois State Police
The Illinois State Police provides an online listing of sex offenders required to register in the State of Illinois. The database is updated daily and allows searching by city, county, and zip code. A sex offender who is required to register must register in person annually for a 10-year period. A sex offender sentenced to probation will start his/her 10-year registration period from the date of his conviction or if sentenced to a hospital or Department of Corrections, the 10-year period starts from the date of parole, release or discharge.
